Accessible Information
Patrons who use wheelchairs can access the concourse level of Kemper Arena via the East Lobby or through the North entrance under the blue awning marked Administrative Entrance. Accessible seating locations are available on the main concourse and upper levels. Floor access varies based on event.
The accessible entrance to the American Royal Center is through the main doors under the white awning. To arrange seating for a group with special needs please call 816.949.7100.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available free of charge at Guest Services located inside at Gate 3 of Kemper Arena. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit for the device. All seating areas are serviced by a central FM transmitter.
Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
The UMB Bank Kemper Arena ATM is located on the concourse level at the South end of the East Lobby near Gate 3.
Concessions
A wide range of traditional and specialty food offerings are conveniently located for your enjoyment. All concession stands are wheelchair accessible in both Kemper Arena and the American Royal Center.
Elevators
Elevators are available for disabled guests and those needing assistance. Elevators are located in the East Lobby of Kemper Arena near the entrance and at Gates 2 and 4. Please contact a guest service representative for assistance in locating the elevators. Elevators in the American Royal Center are located in the Central Hallway.
First Aid
First Aid is located at Gate 3 on the concourse level of Kemper Arena next to Guest Services. American Royal Center First Aid is located in the Northwest corner of the lower level Exhibition Hall.

Group Sales Information
Enjoy special occasions at Kemper Arena and the American Royal Center with your family, friends, co-workers, or civic groups. Your group of 20 or more can experience many exciting events at a discount price. To purchase group tickets call 816.949.7175.
Parking Information
Kemper Arena and American Royal Complex includes 5,000 parking spaces located near the venue. Parking is easily accessible via Genessee from the North and also available at the West Bottoms Garage north of the venue.
Replays Restaurant and Bar
Located on the lower level, Replays Restaurant and Bar can be accessed from the concourse at Gate 2. Replays Restaurant and Bar is open prior to all events and following most sporting events. Guests of all ages are welcome to visit Replays Restaurant and Bar.
Public Telephones
A public phone is available at Guest Services, located at Gate 3.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the concourse. Wheelchair accessible family restrooms are available near Gates 2 and 3 of Kemper Arena.
Security
Security Office can be contacted via Guest Services located at Gate 3 of Kemper Arena and at the North end of Central Hallway of the American Royal Center.
Ticket Windows
Sprint Center Box Office is located near the main entrance at the intersection of 14th Street and Grand Boulevard. Sprint Center Box Office Hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m from Monday-Friday.
On event days Sprint Center Box Office remains open 30 minutes following the start of the event. Sprint Center Box Office accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, American Express, MasterCard & Visa. When purchasing tickets with a credit card, valid photo identification must be presented to complete the transaction.

Will Call tickets are available on the day of the event at Kemper Arena Box Office.
